2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using WildChat, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
- You are fully responsible for your use of the service, including any content you generate or share via the App.
3. Nature of the Service
The App provides AI-generated conversations and image generation features for entertainment purposes. The service is designed to inspire creative storytelling, roleplay, and imaginative experiences. It is not a substitute for real‑world advice or decision‑making.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities (including any violation of applicable laws).
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others in any form, whether directly or through generated content.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse‑engineer, or interfere with the security or functionality of the service.
- Generate deceptive, abusive, hateful, violent, or policy‑violating content (including deepfakes used for malicious impersonation).
- Bypass any usage restrictions, access limits, or safety mechanisms implemented in the App.
🛡️ We encourage creativity, but all content must respect human dignity and applicable regulations. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.
5. AI Disclaimer
- Content is generated automatically by AI systems and is not reviewed by humans before delivery.
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected, or unsuitable for certain audiences.
- The App does not provide professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise).
- Users are solely responsible for interpreting, fact‑checking, and using generated content. WildChat is not liable for decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs.
6. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create (including text prompts, character backgrounds, images, and dialogues).
- By submitting or generating content through the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display such content as necessary to operate, improve, and secure the service.
- We may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms, laws, or third‑party rights.
7. Purchases & Subscriptions
7.1 Billing
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple In‑App Purchases (Apple’s payment system). WildChat does not directly store or handle any payment credentials. All transactions are governed by Apple’s terms, and pricing may change at any time with prior notice inside the App.
7.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your iTunes/Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings after purchase. No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods unless required by applicable law.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to Apple Media Services policies. If you believe a purchase was incorrectly charged, you may request a refund through Apple’s official support channels (reportaproblem.apple.com). WildChat cannot issue direct refunds for any in‑app purchase.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns and content for compliance, safety, and enforcement of these Terms.
- Restrict, limit, or remove any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or legal obligations.
- Suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who engages in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure access to the service. Technical issues, maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may cause temporary interruptions. WildChat is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service degradation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildChat, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for:
- AI‑generated content (including its accuracy, legality, or effect on users).
- User behavior or interactions with other users (including any disputes arising within the App).
- Service interruptions, technical errors, delayed responses, or data loss.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to WildChat at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that poses a risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though certain provisions (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., an in‑app notification or an update to the “Last Updated” date). Continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
